As a call center representative on our team, you choose your assignments and hours. While providing customer support from the comfort of home, you choose the hours that work around your schedule. You can choose to take a permanent position with one client, or take on temporary assignments with multiple clients.

What do I need in order to begin working from home?
To start today, all you will need is a computer (desktop or laptop are fine), a headset with microphone, and Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 8 or 10. Some opportunities may require a hard-wired landline telephone, but not all of them will. Please also note some clients are not compatible with Mac computers.
How many hours will I be able to work each week?
We find the perfect combination of flexibility and reliability is key to keeping our team members happy - and you're in control! There will be a set minimum number of servicing hours you must meet, depending on which opportunity you service. You choose your hours and work as much as you want! There are full-time and part-time positions available, as well as temporary/seasonal and permanent positions. We also have first, second, and third shift opportunities.
How do I get paid working for Akil Royale?
You are paid every two weeks via direct deposit as an independent contractor, which means you keep what you earn!
How soon can I start working?
Once selected to join our team, each team member must first pass a background check, followed by an assessment and intensive training course to teach you everything you need to know to be successful as a call center representative. Client certification courses may take as little as one week or up to eight weeks to complete, depending on the project selected.
What is a Client certification course and why do I need to take it?
We work with some of the most elite companies across the globe. Each particular assignment has different policies and procedures, depending on which assignment you choose. A notable fashion store, a leading bed and breakfast company, and a tax prep assistance service each have altogether different customer service needs. Because of this, training and certification is required; here, you will gain keen knowledge related to the client, call types, customers, and how to be successful - right over the internet. Some customer service companies may pay for your training, but skim money off the top of your weekly pay in order to cover those costs, along with the extra costs of electricity, rent, etc. that come with working on site.
